GARLIC BREADCRUMB CRUNCH

Golden, crispy panko toasted in garlicky olive oil—salty, savory, and so addictive you’ll want to eat them by the spoonful.

Takes 5-10 minutes start to finish.
About 10 servings (if you can resist)

50 g olive oil
6 garlic cloves, grated
50 g breadcrumbs, ideally panko
1/4 tsp salt

  1. Add garlic to cold olive oil in a small pan.

  2. Heat gently until garlic just starts to brown (~2 min).

  3. Stir in panko and salt. Toast 1-2 more minutes until just golden.

  4. Spread on paper towel. Let cool. Try not to eat it all.
